"To close the achievement gap, we must invest in leadership at all levels: teachers, principals, and districts. Great teachers are simply not enough and that's why we've partnered with Get Smart Schools (GSS). GSS is working to prepare principals who will lead their teachers and students to academic success. Together Teach For America and GSS will work to ensure all Colorado students are in schools with excellent teachers and principals.
