Securing appropriate and affordable facilities for new schools is often one of the key barriers to new school creation.  Get Smart Schools is dedicated to assisting schools in our network with articulating their facility needs, researching available options, and forming strategic partnerships with organizations that provide facilities financing and development.

We are also pleased to offer a map of facilities owned by school districts in the metro area.  Many of these facilities are not fully utilized. Get Smart Schools can help school developers and districts develop strategies are facility sharing.  The map also can help school developers to identify areas where schools are over-enrolled and where there may be demand for new schools.
