Continuous support for school leaders
Because sound business practices are so critical in an autonomous school, GSS offers quarterly business manager intensives. These day-long training programs focus specifically on topics relevant to school leaders involved in business and financial functions of an autonomous school.
Our past trainings have covered everything from the basics of school finance to more advanced topics such as contingency planning, preparing for an audit, and compliance with the School Finance Transparency Act. We access the best financial and organizational management leaders from both school settings and more traditional business settings to lead these sessions.
